User Agreement
By creating an account and using the services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms below.
1) General Provisions
- Every player is solely responsible for the security of their own account, login credentials, email accuracy, and device security.
- For accounts, items, or virtual assets that are stolen, shared, transferred, or lost due to negligence, Roc Mountain Games accepts no liability.
- Server management reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary for game balance, security, and community order.
- This text and the operating principles may be updated when needed, without a prior notice obligation.
2) Payment, Commission & Refund Policy
- Purchases of TL/Silk and similar virtual products are digital services and constitute support for the server.
- Roc Mountain Games is not responsible for commission/transaction fees charged by credit cards, banks, payment institutions, or intermediary platforms.
- Refunds, cancellations, transfers to another account, or exchanges cannot be requested for purchased credits or digital content.
- If an account is penalized, closed, or access-restricted, no refund or transfer is made for Silk/credits/items remaining on the account.
3) Limitation of Service Liability
- The game service is provided “as is”; management cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from access issues caused by maintenance, updates, network outages, third-party service problems, or force majeure.
- Losses caused by third-party software, bots, cheats, viruses, malicious links, account sharing, or user-side security weaknesses are the user’s responsibility.
- Management has the right to review records, verify transaction history, and take necessary measures in case of suspected violations.
4) Standard Penalties for Rule Violations
If any user violates the Operating Principles, they may be subject to penalties according to the standards below:

5) User Declaration
I declare that I have read, understood, and accepted the provisions on this page; that I will not request refunds/transfers for digital product purchases; and that I accept in advance the penalties that may be applied by management in case of rule violations.
